Frequently asked questions
Why don't I see any briefings yet?
On first launch, tap the refresh icon in the top bar to generate today's briefing. After that, new briefings are generated automatically every morning.
How do I sign in?
KV Media supports Sign in with Google and Sign in with Apple. Tap either option on the welcome screen — no password to remember.
How do I delete my account?
Open your Profile from the person icon in the top bar, then tap "Delete account." This permanently removes your account and cannot be undone.
A video won't play — what should I do?
Make sure you have a stable internet connection and try pulling down to refresh on the home screen. If a specific briefing still fails to load, email us the headline and time and we'll look into it.
Where do the headlines come from?
Headlines are aggregated from a third-party news service. An AI model writes the spoken summary and a synthetic avatar reads it — there is no human reporting or editing. Every briefing links back to its original source, shown under the video and in the "Read full article" button on the player screen.
How do I report an inaccurate or offensive briefing?
Open the briefing in the player and tap the flag icon in the top bar to send us a report. Choose the reason that fits best. We review every report and use it to correct or pull briefings and to improve the AI pipeline. You can also email us the headline and time.
