Acceptance
By downloading or using the KV Media app ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is published by Rajesh Gullapalli ("we," "us").
What KV Media is
KV Media is an AI news service. It aggregates headlines from a third-party news provider, uses AI to write short spoken-style summaries, and presents them as videos read by a synthetic, computer-generated anchor. There is no human editorial review. Content is provided for general information only.
No warranty on accuracy
AI-generated summaries and videos may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Do not rely on them for financial, legal, medical, or safety decisions. Always verify against the original source linked with each briefing. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to break the law, infringe others' rights, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorised ways. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.
Accounts
Sign-in uses Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account in the app.
Intellectual property
Headlines, article links, and source names belong to their respective publishers and are used for news reporting and attribution. If you are a rights holder with a concern about how your content appears, contact us and we will address it promptly.
Reporting content
Every briefing has a Report button for flagging inaccurate or objectionable AI-generated content. We review all reports.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
